Vice President of Sales
Larry began his career working in sales and management for Disney and MGM/UA. After seven years, Larry joined our team. For the past twenty-two years, Larry has played a key role in many areas of our organization–first in Operations and now in Sales. Since 1992, Larry has been blending his previous experience in production, operations and material handling, into his current role in Sales to grow high-level relationships with customers. In addition, as the Vice President of Sales, he manages and supports the needs of a seventeen-member team of Business Development Managers, Regional Account Representatives, Customer Service Representatives and Sales Support Members.
Larry enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and his friends. During his free time he likes to read, travel and hiking.

Marcia Proffitt
Sales Manager
Marcia has worked in the weight loss industry for over eighteen years. Ten of those years, she dedicated to operating her own medical weight loss center which has given her an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with daily operations, staff training and business and marketing planning and execution. It is this experience that has assisted her for the past eight years in her current position as Sales Manager for Robard Corporation. Currently, she provides a variety of consulting services for medically supervised programs nationwide, which includes implementation training, ongoing operational assistance, sales support, business planning, productivity measurements and quality assurance to offer a comprehensive center of excellence.
Marcia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and going to plays and concerts.

Jay Satinsky
Business Development Manager
As a longtime member of the Robard Corporation team, Jay has the intricate knowledge of the changes and challenges relating to the weight loss industry. For twenty years, Jay has been providing his customers with personalized attention to grow their businesses exponentially. He brings a strong sales, marketing and business development background to the weight loss industry making him an invaluable asset to customers. Jay works well with all business–independent operations, hospital chains and bariatric physician offices–and he has an expertise with growing businesses into large multi-facility chains. Jay’s experience allows him to help customers grow their business, be more successful and reach their business goals.

Laura Reed
Business Development Manager
Laura came to Robard Corporation in October 2006 with an extensive background in pharmaceutical and surgical sales and has continued her success and enthusiasm to learn about the weight management industry. Laura gained a full understanding of the obesity epidemic quickly and sold Robard products and solutions to both medical and non-medical operations. In 2007, she began to focus on New Direction and opened up new accounts that were the first medically supervised weight loss centers in their regions.
Laura is an avid reader, loves the culinary arts, and enjoys living at the Jersey shore with her family.
